Power On and Boot the System |
Important Considerations
- It may take 20 minutes the server to power on. During this process, the server may reboot multiple times before it is available for further configuration.
- The QXS chassis were already powered on during their installation.
- If installed, remove the server bezel to access the power button. Replace once booted.
- For dual-node systems, you will need to power on server node 1 before powering on server node 2.
Note: It takes a while for the system to fully boot, so please be patient while waiting for the system to become operational. The first time the system boots, it may initially boot, and then reboot one or more additional times.
Power On and Boot a Dual-Node System
- Push the power button on the front of server node 1.
- Push the power button on the front of server node 2.
You can immediately power on server node 2 after powering on server node 1.
