Lattus Daily Phone Home Email SR Handling

Overview

The daily Phone Home Email Report is titled: Event report 'CX1319CKC00178' - 'The Ark'

 

When a Lattus daily Phone Home Email Report comes into the SPS queue, it must be reviewed for each event (message). If a new issue is found, a new SR is opened up and worked as normal.
