Stop NAS Failover for NFS Clusters Before You Stop StorNext Services (cvfs)

The following applies to Xcellis Workflow Director (Gen2/R630) and Artico (R630) systems.

Note: To determine if your system is affected by this issue click here.

  1. Log in to the Appliance Controller command line as the sysadmin user. (See Log in to the Appliance Controller CLI.)
  2. Determine if the NAS failover for NFS clusters function (NFS-HA) is running. Enter:
  3. nascluster show

    Look for the following line in the output:

    NFS-HA: Enabled

    If this is shown, continue to the next step.

    However, if you see the following output, you do not need to continue with the next two steps:

    NFS-HA: Disabled
  4. Stop the NAS failover for NFS clusters function (NFS-HA). Enter:
  5. nascluster set nfs-ha no
  6. Enter yes when prompted.
