Default MIBs
When you enable the Main SNMP services, default Management Information Base (MIB) files are automatically included in your SNMP configuration. The following sections list each of these default MIBs and their corresponding object identifiers (OIDs).

MIB File Location
All supported MIB files are located in the following directory:
/usr/share/snmp/mibs
What are MIBs and OIDs?
MIBs are a hierarchical database of OIDs, which form a data tree. Starting at the root, each OID travels along earlier nodes to its final node, which provides its value.
Example
In the following table, the snaAdDomIndex, snaAdDomName, and snaAdDomClusters OIDs are next generations of the snaAdDomEntry OID.

Default UCD SNMP MIB
When you enable the Main SNMP service, your system will respond to a limited set of Standard UCD SNMP queries about the operating system. The default MIB associated with these queries is detailed in the following table.
Note: When the SNMP service is enabled, SNMP is granted read-only access on the standard SNMP UDP Port 161.

Default StorNext SNMP MIB
When you enable the StorNext SNMP agent, your system will respond to over 100 SNMP queries about the StorNext file system. These queries are defined by the default StorNext SNMP MIB file's .1.3.6.1.4.1.3697.1.50 OID tree.
