Troubleshooting Theory and Strategy

Overview

This training resource provides information and activities on basic troubleshooting theory and strategy. It covers the fundamental skills that are essential to successful troubleshooting. It outlines a troubleshooting process and provides information and examples of each phase of the process. In addition, it provides a presentation to illustrate the process and a decision-making activity so you can practice using the process.

This training does not cover Quantum product-specific or advanced troubleshooting, such as using system logs or resolving product reliability, availability, and serviceability (RAS) tickets. In addition, it is not a mandatory process that must be followed, or a process that trumps other processes that are already followed by your Quantum organization.
