Forum V

The Forum V site is the support site for the Standard Edition of vmPRO, which is the free 1 TB permanent license version. This site also supports the Standard Edition of the DXi V1000.

 

Forum V features support discussions for both products, downloads of current versions, and documentation resources.

 

Forum V is located at http://www.quantum.com/forumv.

 

Mosaic Site

 

The vmPRO support site for all Enterprise Edition licensing and the 30-day trial version is located at https://mosaic.quantum.com.

 

This site contains the typical support stuff like documentations, KB articles, tech notes, etc., but also contains a sizable amount of vmPRO related information from each vmPRO appliance that has autosupport enabled. On appliances with autosupport enabled, vmPRO uploads autosupport report automatically to mosaic.quantum.com.
 

In addition to collecting autosupport reports from vmPRO appliances the site also receives and prepares for view support bundles from vmPRO appliances when support bundle is uploaded directly to Quantum.  You can get to this in the GUI by clicking Operations > Gather Support Logs. You'll see this screen:

Once the bundle is uploaded you can take a look at it by login on to mosaic and selecting the customer account and then selecting from available Support Bundles the bundle that matches the time period the issue occurred.
