We have procedures that we routinely need to perform in the field and this has traditionally been done only by the PS team using their experience and knowledge. With our unit volume increasing and our desire to have partners take on some of the installation effort, we need to close the documentation gaps.

We will start with a list of the procedures that are commonly performed and use this area as a collaboration space. The Professional Services team will collaborate on updates to the procedures. Then  Nick will work out which StorNext program should be used for the official release.
