Suggestions for the PPT file:

1. In Screen #5 (Mechanic: "I need some more information..."

(Dan: "When I start the car, I hear a clicking noise but, the ...")

delete the comma after "but" and put it after "noise".

2. In the last screen, remove the underline from ESC and START OVER, and draw an arrow down to the button (I dumbly tried to click the underlined "START OVER" text).

Tim, I fixed the link so it immediately launches the presentation. You no longer need to go to a separate page to launch the presenation.

Herbst: Once I click on the presentation, I go to a window that allows me to launch the presentation, but once closed I have to find my way back to here...
