Overview

 At times, you may need to find the serial number for a hardware component or for the DXi system itself. You can do this by looking a the current.config file.

In the system diagnostics file: scratch\collect\node1-collection\hw-info\current.config
On the system: /opt/DXi/hwdetect/current.config
