Overview

The following scripts and utilities were written primarily by SPS technical support while troubleshooting and resolving Lattus service requests (SRs). These utilities are posted here to share helpful information with anyone in a Lattus service and support role. If you have helpful scripts or utilities to share, please feel free to contribute. Note: These scripts have not gone through official testing by Quantum or HGST Engineering.

Workspace

It is a best practice to create a work area in Lattus in the following location: /opt/qbase/Quantum

• Display the Requested Information from the showLocationHierarchy() Function (DRAFT)
• Collect the Maintenance Agent IDs from all the Storage Nodes in a Lattus environment
