HOWTO INSTALL FIRMWARE ON BROCADE 6510, 6520 FIBRE CHANNEL SWITCH
1. Download the firmware from Brocade website and copy onto Brocade supplied USB.
Make sure to download Dell-certified Brocade firmware. You may need to check with Dell
to find out which exact firmware is certified.
2. Insert Brocade supplied USB into switch
3. Login to Switch with admin privileges via telnet/SSH
4. Enable USB: usbstorage -e
5. Run firmwaredownload and specify usb and give it filename
6. Tell it to reboot: y
7. Let it reboot and log back in and confirm fw version: Run firmwareshow
