Overview

The Drive Error Code Lookup Tool provides a simple GUI-based interface on CSWeb to help you determine what error codes mean for Quantum supported drives.  A portable version is in process which will allow the QFE to utilize without the need of Internet connection to CSWeb, release is TBD.

Using the Error Code Lookup Tool (ECLT):

1. Logon to CSWeb
2. From the main menu select Tools > Error Codes
3. Select Drive Error Code Lookup
4. When Tool Opens select CSWeb Full Screen View
5. Select Product Family
6. Select Product
7. Type the error code in the box provided
8. Select the GO button
