The Amplidata / Quantum TOI was led by Frederik De Schrijver on February 19th, 2015.
Goal of TOI
- Primary: Describe the general operation of the maintenance and repair agents so that they can answer customer questions. For example, recently a bug fix was implemented, resulting in messages from the repair agents being enabled. This was new to customers, so they opened service tickets, and when our service team was asked about the message, the service team’s lack of familiarity with the repair functions left the customers wanting more information.
- Secondary: Describe and demonstrate how to “tune” the repair agents. There are options to make some adjustments on the systems to influence repair times, but by making those adjustments the customer may see slower ingest performance. We need to better understand how to calculate the trade-offs.
