Test the Connection to the StorNext Connect App Store
Once the connection to the App Store is established, the assumption is that it is always working. You can manually verify the status of your network connection, in the event that problems arise with the App Store.
Perform the procedure below to validate your network connection to the StorNext Connect App Store.
- Click the Hamburger icon.
- Click System.

Click Cloud Settings. The Cloud Settings page appears.

Click Test Connection. Depending on the network connection, one of the following results appears:

Connection Verified

Connection Failed. See Configure the App Store Account.

Unsupported Check - update Store App. See Configure the App Store Account.

Call failed - try updating Store App. See Configure the App Store Account.

Call failed - cannot communicate with Connect. Verify you have an active network connection.
