DXi7500: How can I find the Product Serial Number?

You will need the system serial number if you want to add a licensed feature.

There are two distinct ways to find the product serial number for a DXi7500:

·         The Physical Location

·         The Remote Management Pages

Physical Location

The system serial number is located on the top part of the back of the rack and includes the letters BVA. An example system serial number is CX0742BVA00004.

Remote Management Pages

Navigate to the home page and look in the System Details section:
