Artico Rack Configurations |
The following applies to Artico systems.
Artico components should be installed in a rack with the heavier QXS chassis placed lower in the rack and the server or servers placed above the QXS chassis. The following diagrams display the rack order for the minimum and maximum Artico system component configurations.
Minimum Artico System Component Configuration
The following diagram shows the racking order for the minimum Artico system component configuration, with the following components listed from top to bottom:
- 1 Artico server (non-HA configuration)
- 1 QXS 3-Series RAID chassis (QXS-312 shown)
Maximum Artico System Component Configuration
The following diagram shows the racking order for the maximum Artico system component configuration, with the following components listed from top to bottom:
- 2 Artico servers (HA configuration)
- 1 QXS 3-Series RAID Chassis (QXS-312 shown)
- 1 QXS 3-Series Expansion Chassis (QXS-312 shown)
