F-Series Software Updates
QBSP platform/product UI-supported software updates:
- Update F2100 software
- Update F2000 software (from 2.0.2 to 2.1 and later)
- Update F1000 software (from 2.1 to 2.2 and later)
QBSP platform/product updates to 2.0.2 and earlier (for F2000) or 2.1 and earlier (for F1000):
- Update F2000 software to QBSP 2.0.2 for Quantum support and Quantum Service Providers (CSWeb log in is required)
- For updates to F2000 releases prior to 2.0.2 , see F2000 Service-supported Platform Software Updates (CSWeb log in is required).
- Update F1000 software to QBSP 2.0.2 for Quantum support and Quantum Service Providers (CSWeb log in is required).
- For updates to F1000 releases prior to 2.0.2 done by Quantum support and Quantum Service Providers, see F1000 Service-supported Platform Software Updates (CSWeb log in is required).
Note: For F2000 systems, the update to QBSP 2.0.2 and earlier is a manual process. Contact Quantum support or your Quantum Service Provider to schedule your update.
