You will need the system serial number and chassis part number when contacting Quantum Technical Support or ordering a replacement part..

The pull-out tag containing the system part number and serial number is located between the top-left drive and the left-front power and LED panel, as you face the front of the server.
You can also find this information on a label on the rear panel.
