A product serial number is required to create a Service Request. However, the Quantum DATASTOR Shield software does not have a serial number.
To create a Service Request for your Quantum DATASTOR Shield software, you will need the product serial number of the hardware with which you purchased the software: either the Quantum NDX-8d or the Quantum RDX® 8000.
