Configuring Reports

The Email Reports tab allows you to specify the email recipients for automatically generated reports. You can also use this page generate reports on demand.

The system can generate a report with system status data or with configuration data. Each report also includes the system serial number, date and time, and a message that informs the recipient that the email is automated and they should not respond to it.


You can perform the following tasks from the Email Reports tab:

  • Specify Recipients
  • Generate Reports

Additional Configuration Tasks

  • To enable the Q-Cloud Protect appliance to send email, you must specify an outgoing email server. See Configuring the Email Server.
  • To configure the schedule for when email reports are sent, use the Configuration > Scheduler page. See Scheduling Events.
