SR Ticket Known Issues

The following is a known issue with Service Request (SR) tickets.

Systems upgraded from Q-Cloud Protect 3.3.1 or earlier may produce a ticket containing the following message:

W: Failed to activate temporary cluster body stub for cluster ... No such file or directory.

This message is a result of changes made in Q-Cloud Protect 3.3.2 to improve EBS storage resiliency.

On upgraded Q-Cloud Protect systems, this ticket is not indicative of an actual problem and should be ignored.
