StorNext Connect Request Process

Some Quantum appliances come with StorNext Connect pre-configured and pre-authorized. Customers who have not yet purchased one of these systems or who have a different Quantum appliance need to request StorNext Connect and obtain a StorNext Connect authorization code.

If the StorNext Connect authorization code has been lost or misplaced, the customer can request a replacement using the process to request StorNext Connect. The original StorNext Connect authorization code will no longer work after a replacement code has been issued.
